Renter(s) assumes the risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities and will hold the owner harmless with respect thereto. Renter(s) hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to renter(s) use of premises or its facilities or items provided therein. The renter(s) shall be liable and solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury to any person or loss sustained by any person or arising out of or in any way related to renter(s) use of the premises or its facilities or the items of personal property.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A Refundable $250 Security Deposit for PCB and $400 Security Deposit for 30A is required upon booking.

Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

If the condo smells like smoke at all when the cleaners arrive immediately upon your departure- The entire Security Deposit will be kept. Absolutely, DO NOT leave any cigarette butts in the trash can. Security is strict and surrounding guests will report if you are smoking on balconies so please go off property grounds. If you choose to smoke on the balconies or porches, make sure you close all of the sliding glass doors, doors and dispose of them properly.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit and ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING.

If you arrive at the door early or check out late without pre-approval, a $100 fee will be charged from your Security Deposit. We feel most confident that you and your family and friends will enjoy and find SPLASH to be best of the best in PCB as well! Welcome! Overall, we have set this unit up the way we would want to vacation. Please be advised face masks are Not Mandatory but Recommended Per current State and Local Guidelines and be aware that some establishments, retailers and restaurants can and may still require masks to enter. We ask that you all continue to follow State and Local guidelines for safe vacationing and healthy living. Please know we are doing our part to make sure you are safe and that all of our 5 STAR Luxury Properties are set and ready per Public Health and Safety Guidelines and Codes.
